Alaska Halibut Charters Homer, Alaska the halibut fishing capital of the world! Our halibut charters are based out of Homer, Alaska, a quiant, beautifully scenic town
only an hour and a half drive from the Soldotna/Kenai area. You'll be fishing in comfort aboard our 32ft custom sportfishing vessel and can be in dynamite fishing waters in about an hour. We believe in taking out only small groups of no more than six people so you won't feel overcrowded or rushed. We use nothing but the highest quality equipment and fishing tackle. has to offer. Alaska Classic Adventures prides itself on being a very dynamic guide service. All packages are fully customizable and can be tailored to your group's specific needs, offering you greater control over where, when, and how you want to fish. Alaska Flyout Fishing Trips Bear viewing, soceye/silvers, world-class fly fishing! Our staple fly out fishing trips are day long, fully guided adventures across the west side
of Cook Inlet from our Kenai home base. The experience of flying in a DeHavilland Otter to a remote mountain lake or secluded stream off the beaten path in pursuit of trophy king, red, silver salmon, arctic grayling, and rainbow trout is truly a memorable experience. CLICK FOR MORE INFO & RATES
Kasilof King Salmon Fishing Take a leisurely, scenic drift down the Kasilof River and prepare for the ultimate excitement of fighting and landing a world-class King Salmon.
Our Kasilof King Salmon fishing trips are among the most popular fishing charters that we offer. Much less crowded than the Kenai River and often much more productive. The Kasilof River is an enhanced fishery and enjoys the return of both wild and hachery King Salmon, which equates to better fishing opportunity for anglers. Our guests love drift fishing the Kasilof River because there are no motors allowed, powered by the almighty oar and the river itself. This fishing trip is a must for those wanting to get away from the overwhelming crowds on the Kenai River. CLICK FOR MORE INFO & RATES

Why choose Alaska Classic Adventures? We simply offer the absolute best fishing trips on the Kenai Peninsula. We have the ability to adapt and change your fishing
itinerary due to weather, poor fishing conditions, and short notice bookings. Most Alaska fishing operations that offer fishing/lodging packages will not be your personal fishing guide, these lodges/booking agents will sub out your fishing to a wide variety of guides, guides with little to no experience. These lodges and booking agents want to make the most money possible off the sale of your fishing/lodging package and will find guides that offer the cheapest sub-rates, which usually translates to a less qualified guide. They will be unable to change your itinerary when the need arises due to bad weather or poor fishing conditions. When you book with Alaska Classic Adventures I will personally be your fishing guide on most if not all of your fishing trips. I enjoy personally guiding all my own guests and being able to have complete quality control over your fishing experience. I will stay out longer on the water than most guides and will bend over backwards to make sure your fishing trip is the absolute best experience possible. Not all fishing/lodging packages are equal, beware of cheap package deals these are often half-day charters packaged together that will severely cut into a quality fishing experience.
